Hello! I'm Lat Thiep, or as some refer to me, Lattis. I am a computer science student and software engineer and like conveying goals and ideas through software. I enjoy building systems and tools that are practical, clear, and understandable.
While I have a strong interest in software, the same can be said for fashion, design, and other creative pursuits. I am always looking to learn and grow in all ventures. My professional life is focused on software engineering, though outside of that I work as a signed model, content producer, apparel designer, game designer, creative consultant.

Building practical software with clear interfaces, built to be understood end to end. Systems around them; the processes, tools, and infrastructure that support them are just as important as the software itself. I enjoy building these systems to be clear, understandable, and practical.

Though it doesn't stop there video editing, graphic design, 3D modeling, and anything else that helps bring your vision to life I can cover. I enjoy working with others to understand their goals and ideas and translating them into software.

Site v2 launched
Rebuilt this site around a studio structure: light ground, serif display, and a numbered Lab ledger. Making it overall cleaner, more focused, and more flexible for future growth. Wanted to make the site more "me".

The Lab is open
Working on a new Lab section to document experiments and outputs. Rather than full on projects, a place to test and experiment with new technologies and ideas. Not restricted to completed work, software, etc. The first entry is a small tool for generating color palettes.

Portfolio v1 shipped
Revisited the entire site structure and design, with a focus on clarity and simplicity. Felt it was trying to do too much before, so I stripped it down to the essentials.
